fab space. Really easy drive in from the motorway. Wide and easily accessible. About a 5 min walk from Excel. Google maps will tell you 17mins, but that is taking you right around to the other side of excel on the footpath. You actually just walk straight down the road to the station and up the steps. then you're there. fantastic value, great space.
