Parking on Fitzjohns Avenue, NW3

Very easy to find and the location for Hampstead Heath area is fantastic. Felt safe walking to and from it and felt happy leaving the car here

Booking was done easily, application is simple and friendly. The problem was with the parking place that was not precisely market and occupied by another car. Thanks your help line this issue was solved and the rest of booked time was without any problem.

The parking lot was ok and the price was very reasonable. Unfortunately, the right side of my car was scratched extensively during the parking period. An expensive repair for several 1,000 € is necessary.

for the price . it's a rip off to not have a dedicated parking space. I ended up squeezing infront of some poor souls gate

The map pin was wrong and the photo of the space was blurry ended up parked in the wrong place with upset resident when I returned

Easy to find and plenty of space for a mid size SUV

Excellent space and easy access to Hampstead high Street and tube station I will book again

The entrance to the property is completely unmarked and the property number could not be easily found. We had to knock on a door to make sure we were in the correct place.

As a customer, I cannot cancel the reservation later than 24 hours in advance but the owner of this parking slot decided to cancel 40 minutes before the booking and we arrived to this unpleasant surprise. Will not book again and do not recommend.
