Parking on Lancaster Terrace, W2

Cramped narrow spaces round the back of a hotel. There was only one space left and I wasn't sure it was even allowed for me to park there as it wasn't in front of the garages as described but every other space was full. It was so narrow I could hardly get out of my car and too short so I was sticking out and scared another car would scrape it. I didn't feel comfortable leaving it there. Wouldn't recommend.

Our van arrived Saturday afternoon and there was no large spaces left. It was a surprise as we have not had a problem before. The reason we book this space as it has no height restrictions. We booked 2 other large vehicles and these were fine.

Needed to use JustPark to get a space in central London on the day of a rail strike. The location I got was excellent for my needs and the price reasonable. Very easy to book and use both on my laptop and on my phone. I'd happily use JustPark again in similar circumstances. Only one issue and that was that the parking space was round the back of a closed hotel and initially I couldn't find it . This was my fault not JustPark's. However, make sure you read all the details that the app tells you about getting to your space and don't assume you will find it automatically from the headline 'location'

We had to wait for 20 minutes after the start of our parking time for the next car to leave before there was a space to park our car. Postcode provided was approximate and not exact and had to call the owner to find location.The owner didnt pick call and message to follow instructions on booking.Ofcourse if instructions were clear,we wouldnt call the owner.Parking space is haphhazard,first row could park 5 or 6 cars but once filled,you hardly get any space to get parking in the second row.

The car park is was great again. We have used this space before as we have a 4x4 and a Mercedes dropside van and there is plenty of space. The only thing when we first used it, it was hard to find. As it is accessible via Elms Mews, just before The Swan pub on Bayswater Road.

Easy to find, great location, value for money.

The route to the space was incorrect.

Excellent n easy to find ,was a little worried with it being London that may have been broken into but not at all very safe .would definitely use this car park again
