everything was perfect
Easy to find, simple instructions. Made the whole day better
Was unable to open the key safe, and was wondering what to do (contact number went to voice mail) when I realised the padlock on barrier was open. It would be a good idea if the hirer made sure they were available at the start of the parking period to make sure ny problems can be sorted.
We were disappointed. We couldn't open the key box with the code 0000. Also the telephone no. was unavailable. Luckily, there was another space without the barrier. There was building work there and perhaps the space was for the builder? We parked there anyway which didn't seem to have caused any problem.
To Customer Services, or whoever handles Customer Complaints, as I have tried several times to contact Justina. I am writing to tell you that I had a big problem this morning with this booking. Yesterday I tried to phone Justina G, because last month on 25 April, exactly one month ago, I had received a rather curious phone call, I presume from someone else, at or near her address, who was asking why my car had not turned up at 504/6 Edgware Road that morning. I pointed out that my booking was for 25 May not 25 April and they apologised for disturbing me. So I left a message yesterday on Justina's mobile hoping that she was expecting me today and letting her know that because my friend and I had been fortunate enough to secure reserved seat at Lords for the Test Match, we would be later than the 8:00 am reservation I had made. At about 10:00am, we arrived to find all four spaces at 504/6 occupied, two by commercial vans. I pulled on to the pavement and went in search of the key safe. I did find one, but I could not find the way to open it. So I asked the Dry Cleaning shop whether he knew anyone connected with the four parking spaces. He advised me to see the 'house manager', who I think lived in the ground floor flat, which I think is 506A. This gentleman said that there was nothing he could do. The four cars were all apparently there validly and neither of the two vans was a temporary caller. I showed him that I too had a valider parking permit from you and Justina. He muttered something about alternate parking in Maida Vale, but I told him I was very unhappy about the situation and that I would ringing Justina and Just Park to establish what had gone wrong and to require that they put this right. At 10:13am I rang Justina's mobile number. Once again, there was no reply and in some annoyance at this, I left another more irritated message asking her to phone me ASAP. I then drove my friend back through heavy Lords bound traffic to the cricket ground realising that I would have to find a public car park somewhere. On our way back we had seen a sign to a Public QPark Car Park in Penfold Street, which I knew from previous searches of your website was also one where Just Park has spaces. I then tried searching your website for a contact phone number or for any clue to how to speak to you. Such a number may exist, but on my mobile phone I could not one. I then rang 118118 to find that JustPark is evidently ex-directory. By now I was becoming desperate as the cricket was starting at 11.00 am and I just need to put the car somewhere safe and reasonably accessible. Albeit Penfold Street was nearly twice as far away, but I reasoned that it's connection to JustPark, might help minimise the cost to you of any reimbursement made to me. I checked in there at about 10:55 and walked the 0.8 miles to the ground. I noticed at lunchtime that you had already texted me at 06:55 this morning, and rang the number you had given me then, not realising that this number was Justina's again. Again there was no reply but I left a message, imagining that I was speaking to someone from JustPark. So my problem is that I have had a very stressful morning, all down to some mix up either with Justina or with you, and am a further £35 out of pocket on top of the parking slot I rented from Justina that was unavailable. I tried phoning Justina again this evening again without any response and noticed only tonight that there is a Customer Support Tel number on the booking confirmation. This is apparently the 15th time I've used JustPark and I've told all my friends to use you too, but today's shambles has shaken my faith in you. I await your response please
