Concierge had to check with supervisor before letting us in.
There are signs on the garage door stating you need to display a permit of will be clamped.
Had to go to the concierge and ask for a temp one, they said the owner of the parking spot should have provided one but they did not answer my phone call.

This is a good space but ultimately not worth the hassle of getting access and then leaving the building. At the very least the owner should re-write the instructions so that they make sense and are accurate. Very frustrating experience making me late for appointment which then had to be re-scheduled.
