We entered in parking 15 mintues before. We didnt know that it will a problem. For safe side we called them but the lady who answered my call wasnt supporting at all said you have to pay fine. So we have to fine after paying the parking charges. Thats not fair.

The location worked well for our day in London. We initially struggled to find it, but that was mainly because we’re not familiar with the area. Once there, access was easy — we used the entry code without any issues, parked in the allocated bay, and walked about 30 minutes to the museums. On our return, the app opened the gate smoothly and exiting was straightforward. We went on a Monday, and the car park wasn’t overly full. One allocated bay had raised ground caused by tree roots, which could be problematic during busy times or for lower cars. Our car was safe on return, though it’s worth noting that people can walk through the parking area , although the parking gates are closed there are smaller gates open — so best not to leave valuables visible. Overall, a convenient and secure spot once you find it.

Easy to get to the parking lot. Easy access with PIN code. Excellent parking lot for our visit to London only 10 min walk to our destination. Would definitely park here again.

app did not work to open gate, had to get out of car whilst blocking main road traffic. but managed to enter code and open gate, also there is no instructions on how to open gate to leave, eventually we drove right uo yo gate waited a minute then had to reverse as the gate opened toward the car.
