Very easy in and out. We had to extend our time and it was an easy process. Thank you and we would highly recommend it to any travelers.

The spaces are very narrow, and the way other cars are parked in front of the bays, makes it extremely difficult to park into the designated spaces 1-17! If you don't have a very small car esp length wise, you'd need exceptionally good driving skills to squeeze the car into those spaces. I left scared that either someone else will scratch my car whilst trying to park theirs or at the very least damage the door trying to open their doors in the very narrow space that's left between the vehicles.

Made a mistake and put wrong day in but no option for refund of course which is a bit greedy when an honest mistake was made

Automated gate opening was not working

Fabulous car park and so convenient for this area of London. Spaces were plenty big enough for our car although larger vehicles may have struggled. So easy to be able to open the entrance gate with the just park app. Would use again.
