Simple to book, space was exactly as described and distance accurate. Directions accurate. Felt safe. First time, will use again.

Good space. Lockable number coded pop up bar prevents previous users issues of another car already being in the space

Can't comment on space itself as couldn't get to it. Poor rating is for Justpark, not the owner as there was no mention of Ride London making the space unreachable due to extensive road closures due to the event. At no point during the booking process was there ANY mention of the event, something planned MONTHS in advance (I think it's annual? ). Closures were from 5am until 6.60pm on the day so I booked and paid for a space that I was never going to reach for my 11.30 to 5.30pm booking. Poor experience so won't recommend and probably won't use again.

Clear directions to the parking bay at Denmark Place with easy to follow, very helpful instructions for the security post and combination lock - all made for an enjoyable and stress free day in East London (at ABBA Voyage).

Had the worst experience with this car parking space! I would avoid at all cost! Firstly another car had parked in the space I paid for and located to myself. The owner was rude not helpful at all just told me to go through just park to relocate me a parking space. Absolutely ridiculous people pre book before hand something which works for them if they wanted to be relocated they wouldn't have booked the parking space! The owner was well aware this was ongoing issue, he or she should have not advertised this parking as available if they were having issues. Proper scammers. However bless the owner of parking L9 had come out and helped me out more than the owner. Offered me an alternative parking and informed the owner! Great guy. The owner didn't even message me at the end of the day or even when I had spoke to her to apologise I use just park and the parking space regularly and I've met some great owners who'd message me and back sure everything was okay however this lady was one of the rudest people I've ever met.
