They had no space for us, as they car park has building works! It was Terrible... They said that they were not accepting any just park cars.

Got to the hotel, the gate to parking was closed. When I went into the hotel to ask, they told me they had informed JustPark their car parking wasn't available to them because of renovations happening in the garage. They had told JustPark 10 days earlier. But no one told me! Ended up using a different parking app to find parking. I won't hurry to use JustPark again.

I couldn’t park as the car park is closed for building work and the hotel has told Just Park not to sell spaces. I tried on the day to cancel my booking but it was just after the start time so wouldn’t accept that I couldn’t access the parking. I have requested a refund but no one has even contacted me. So far I paid £26 for a parking space that didn’t exist and another £34 in another carpark because I had no time to do anything else

DO NOT BOOK! The car park is closed and not accommodating cars! Just Park need to sort out their false advertisement of available car parking! Very disappointed…

Half the lot was under construction. JustPark says the spot is reserved, but it is really only prepaid. The concierge and security were very helpful.

Car park at Holiday Inn was closed this morning due to unexpected work!! needing to be done. I was informed by Hotel. Had to find alternative parking at the near by
Millennium Hotel. I need to request
a refund from JustPark. I had an appointment at Royal Brompton Hospital.

Brilliant car park. Nice big spaces. A little tight so do mind your wheels if your bothered about them. Only problem is if you have a buggy there isn’t a lift and you will need to carry your buggy up the stairs.
Other than that good value and safe car park, will definitely use again
