Parking on Cromwell Road, SW5

Had to call owner twice as instructions on getting to the space didn't work - once to open the gate and again. No way of getting back into the space communicated. Had to wait for someone to use it to get back into the car park.

It wasn't made clear on how to get in and out of the car park shutter/gate. We tried the phone number to contact the owner, but it wasn't answered (tried 4-5 times). We were not sure we were in the correct parking space because, the space was in an underground car park and the photo on the website was of an outdoor space. You let yourselves down really. The parking space was a lot more secure than we were expecting. The underground space left us feeling much better about leaving the car knowing that it was a lot safer than we thought it would be. If you were to sort out the access information issue and update the photograph it would be 100%.

Avoid parking here if possible, the doors dont open automatically and you have hunt for someone to try to get them open or by luck they pick up the phone. took me 20mins to get into the parking lot since i arrived there.

Poor directions - "Marlow Road" does not exist. Not clear which entrance to enter and how to open barriers/shutters? Once inside shutter area you are locked in and have to scream for help to get out - fun! Getting your car back is even more interesting as there's no instructions. The provided number is dead. Again had to scream hello and finally the shutters opened after 10 mins. This is a joke of "car park" option. Ideal if you want to kidnap and terrorise someone
