I’ve got a Nissan truck and wasn’t as hard to park as some reviews said it was ,easy to find from postcode and easy to gain entry

First time found it very different to change reg so asked for a refund. Had to rebook using a different card. That worked really well. And was ok good the second time

The address given leads to South Bank Car Park. Waterloo Car Park is about 1/2 mile away. Which one is the correct booking, who knows. The guys at the gates didn't know and to be honest didn't seem to care. Eventually parked at South Bank Car Park (the address given). Spaces very tight for an average size car.
It felt about as safe as you'd expect in Khan's London. OK, but keep your eyes open.

Although it was easy to book online, we found it hard to find the carpark, and when arriving, we drove right in with no interactions from staff or any kind of security. On the way out it was the same; although I did notice a person manning the entrance barrier whilst leaving.
