The only recommendation I would make is to make sure that the description makes it clear that it is the covered middle space as it easy to think that it’s the space right out side no 30

The location was perfect for my needs and easy to arrange.. But when I got there, the 1 parking space I had paid £13.60 for was occupied by the owner’s daughter, so I had to leave my car sticking out in everyone’s way, and where it could have got damaged.

Space was filled had to knock to get a car removed, then was blocked in when I returned so had to knock again to get out. Plus I felt £40 was a joke to park but had no other options
