No space, forced to park in the corner and then we.got blocked in.
Called the agent to explain but no solution or call back.
The parking guy onsite said we have to park in the corner and demanded our keys.
Terrible service and we need a refund please.

There were no official spaces left when I arrived (on time), despite there being "13 spaces" free when booking a few hours earlier. Had to park on a ramp and leave keys with attendent, which I wasn't terrible comfortable with. All was OK in the end though.

Pre booked, arrived to find he had just sold my space for cash. Scandalous. Avoid if you have anywhere to be on time.

Had a meeting at Liverpool St Station parked using the Just park app, as well as paying the fee to just park I also had to pay £7 on arrival because I was driving a small van also they only accepted cash which was very inconvenient. Fortunately the guy on the gate allowed me to pay after my meeting (didnt have time to get to a cashpoint and make the meeting). Finally when I got there there was no reserved parking so I was just bundled into an area where up against a bush.
