Up to standard transit size van – £5.00
Medium wheel base van – £8.00
Long wheel base van – £12.00
Luton van – £15.00
This is to be paid directly at the site.

You must show the attendant your booking confirmation on arrival and leave your keys if necessary.

There’s a parking attendant there who told me to leave the van keys in case they needed to move it. When I went to collect the vehicle, he refused to give the keys back and forced me to pay an extra £7 for parking. There was no way to get through to the parking office, as every time I phoned someone just cancelled the call. A truly awful experience.

The car park wasn’t listed as being inside the congestion zone. I pre paid for a space and the only way I could enter was to pay a congestion zone fee. Not great. Please make it clearer.

Was asked to pay extra upon arrival and told any extra payment must be paid by cash which seemed suspect. I'm not sure if this is normal or a scam but I had to leave and cancel the booking as I didn't have any cash on me.
