Space is fine standalone.
Issue was with charging - connected cable to front of house which isn't long enough if your car charging connection is on the wrong side (driver offside rear or driver near side front).
You can thread the cable though some over grown bushes, but not ideal in the rain!
You also need to turn the charging box on - done via trying to pull a key from one lock on the left hand side to use on the right - not easy and whole locking bolt was turning as I tried to remove the key - felt a little dangerous and in need of a maintenance check.
Did call the owner and no apology which was disappointing and accused of being aggressive and that the cable was long enough and no overgrown bushes - never swore or raised my voice and simply suggested she shouldn't adversities as a charging space.
Was asked to then move the car (despite having paid).
Additional if you do give it a go - in comparison to other charging spots used on here, very slow (added c14%) and was billed £14
