This is parking under the Novotel hotel. No code is needed for the barrier so it felt a bit confusing and I didn't know if I'd parked correctly but hopefully I did

No spaces available even though Ipre-booked. Had to wait for 30 mins inside car park to find a space that someone was vacating. Spaces were tiny even got my small car. Barrier was not fully functional on entering (no code needed to enter) and no way of validating parking on exit and barrier allowed me to exit without any proof of payment. I had better not get a fine for this parking!
