After being helped to download the app (technophobe!) their representative found a safe secure parking space in London within walking distance of the venue we were visiting and checked the space could accomodate the vehicle I was driving (large van)

They did exactly what it said on the tin. Safe secure parking and easy to find.

I would recommend this for anyone who wants to feel safe parking their car in Central London. I paid extra for insurance bas it was my first time parking in a place like this, but I immediately felt there was no need for it when we actually got to the location. Very close to train stations e.g. Stepney Green. The user interface on justpark was top notch, user friendly, where you could open the gate directly from your phone or alternatively with the coded given. It's a bit expensive, the only reason I gave 4 stars, otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Why no clear sign stating the car park gate is locked between midnight - 6am. It might say in the car park description, but not advertised at the car park gate. Was at an event at Stratford, with the crowd control and by the time I had caught the tube and walked back from station, the car park was locked, which meant I had to find somewhere to sleep (or try to). Not knowing if I would be able to get back to the car. This caused no end of stress that I really could have done without.
