You need to display a permit to park here, you will be told how to collect this from a nearby shop after you have made your booking - NOTE the shop is open 10.30am(11am on a Sunday) to 6.30pm and permit will not be available to collect outside of these times. You can return any time.

Before turning up, you have to email the owner to get them to leave the parking permit in a nearby shop - one that's only open between 10 and 6.
Not realising this, I emailed when I arrived for my 2+ day booking meaning I couldn't pick up the permit until 10 the following morning. Needless to say, at 4:15am I received a £65 parking ticket.
The bays are incredibly tight - the SUV in the bay next to us had both its nearside and offside wheels touching each side. Luckily, though, there were few cars parked, meaning I could safely park to the full side of my bay.

Very poor on contacting go get a permit snd contacting the flat number so emailed and still no response so photo was taken when arrived and left but upon my return from a new year break is a parking ticket very very poor disgraceful customer service

This was ideal low cost parking for an expo at the BDC, the only issue was you can't pick up the key fob until 10am and I'd booked parking from 8am as such I still had to park elsewhere for 2 hours and then move the car once I was able to obtain a fob... but overall process easy and would use again...

Straightforward and simple. Good communication with the space owner and dead easy to pick up/drop off permit. One issue though, the text confirmation with a link to Google maps took me to completely the wrong place. Meaning i dipped into the london congestion zone. Bit annoying and effectively added £15 but lesson learned.

The actual spot was 13 not 15 which was not specified in details and no times given for shop closures details which was sorted but feel would help others. Not criticism but hopefully suggestions to support the spot. Otherwise great location and easy to find. Would use again
