We couldn't park there!!!!! A car was parked in the space and not enough space next to it plus bins blocking it off even further.
Tried ringing the bell of the property but no answer.
Went back the following morning and still no space available
Will be contacting to sort a refund

Easy to find and close to stations.
When leaving, a car was parked right infront of the drive which meant we had to very tightly manoeuvre out of the space nearly damaging our car. Owner of parking space may not have been responsible but it was still very inconvenient.

I booked a space in London that I had used previously. Upon arrival someone was parked in it - neither the space owner or JustPark would answer. I had to leave very quickly because I had an appointment to attend and needed to find somewhere else to park, so I forgot to take a picture, which means I now don't get a refund.
Absolutely appalling customer service to have no response whatsoever after waiting on hold for over 5 minutes. Will not use again. A lot of extra stress that was not needed.
ETA - they state below that the refund is returning to my bank, but I was actually refunded credit only.
I have no intention of using Just Park again, particularly not when they're out right lying to potential customers here. Don't waste your money.

Was not clear during booking about vehicle size. I am new to this and was so impressed such a service exists. I got there and the space did not fit my medium sized car so we parked elsewhere I would like a refund
