If the allocated space is occupied upon your arrival, it is not my responsibility to resolve the issue or find an alternative solution. You must handle the situation independently, by Calling, just park Customer Service and CANCEL your reservation, as I am not liable for cars blocking your space.

Furthermore, any damage to your vehicle, or any loss incurred while parked at the premises, is entirely your responsibility. I accept no liability for such incidents.

Please be careful! I turned up at this parking spot just to find another car in it, so I called the owner 5 times but there was no answer. I had a meeting in the city so had no choice but to leave my car in the space beside it (neighbours). I had no call back from the owner, so called again 4 hours after and he finally answered. He said he saw my car there and I should come back and move it in front of his house as he has been having issues with his neighbours (so they keep on parking in his spot). This is when I realised he knew I would turn up and see a car in the space I reserved and literally have no where to park, yet didn't make any contact with me or even cancel the booking prior. His communication is just awful. I mentioned to him if I get any fine/penalty for parking in the neighbours space he is responsible as this is not my issue; I had bought a space that was unavailable and he knew this. He responded saying that's not his fault, I chose to park there and I can come back and move my car. I said I have meetings in the city all day and when I make a booking I expect peace of mind to not have to come back and move my car due to issues. I eventually came back to see a very small scratch on my car. Please cautious! This booking came with so much unnecessary stress and awful communication from the owner!

Great Space. The order of the photos - can be confusing but if you following it backwards it helps more. Great place to park and will use again.

Everything went to plan. Booking was easy and having a number to contact was reassuring, especially in central London where it is so difficult to park and metered parking requires a Mensa test to avoid a ticket!
