When we arrived we were rudely told by the man that the car park was full even though we had pre paid. He wouldn’t let us in and was just waving us away telling us he’s not interested and that the car park was full. He did let care that we had already paid and told us it wasn’t his problem. Very rude man who needs to learn how to talk to customers. All he needed to say was sorry it seems people have over stayed and hopefully they will return to their cars soon. I do think there needs to be a better system in place to avoid these problems too. What’s the point in pre paying for parking if there’s a chance you can’t park there just because others decide to over stay
