Care Park - Oxford Street West

Easy to find and conveniently located near Oxford Street. However, there was a serious issue at departure. Despite having prepaid, the gate requested an additional payment. No staff were present on-site as stated in the instructions, the help button didn’t work, and repeated calls to the contact number went unanswered. After about 30 minutes, I finally found a parking staff member who let me out. If not for this frustrating experience, it could have been a 5-star review, but unfortunately, I can only give 2 stars.

It was cheap and easy to park in London city

Wow, location is in heart of London, easy to locate and in close proximity to my destinations. Car park was neat and cars well spaced. Car park was very well lit up even as at midnight and felt honestly safe. Paid online, was a clear and easy to use app. And we believe it was cheap. But, upon leaving, it was asking us to make payment before leaving (even though we had paid online), had to call the customer care and we were fortunate to speak with someone who cleared us within seconds. We would have been stuck had someone not picked up the phone.

There were a lot of reviews saying how difficult it is to get out. It's true - you need to call them to let you out as the barriers will charge you again. The number is there, but highly inconvenient. Also, parking seems quite limited and there are a lot of reserved bays, so had to drive up to different levels to find a spot.

Everything went perfectly.

Great location, close Albert Hall which was the purpose of the visit to london l. The only caveat is a wider car will struggle with the approach to the car park.

V abrupt parking attendant when trying to leave car park I phoned the helpline and was hung up on He told us we were supposed to go to the parking office although the email instruction said to call through via the phone number if the barrier didn’t open automatically Tried to charge us an extra £46 on top of what we had paid

All good, but the App does not cover all eventualities and as a result getting to speak to a real person was difficult. However, once we had the correct contact number it all panned out very well.
