Never used this service before and needed a last minute solution for going to see abba venue. I managed to find a suitable parking slot less than 10mins walk from the venue for a great price. It all worked without a hitch!

Tried to book a parking space using Just park.
Put in date and times and looked at one of the results. Went back to pay page and paid only to find out after I had paid that the system had reverted to today's date. So I have ended up paying for a space in London I can not use. Phoned up the helpline to be told I needed to give 48 hours notice to cancel. Tried to explain the system had changed the date to today's date on me so could not give 48 hrs notice. Still waiting for a return email. Not hopeful and feel like I've been mugged. 14 days later and the " we'll be in touch in due course " non existent. Very poor.

space in bay 2 was a bit tight, had to park closer to the front door then I would have liked, but just about had enough space.
