Poor signage within and without the building - in fact nearly no signage - dreadful !! The Bay markings are worn out and hard read - once parked - there are no pedestrian exit signs - sorry to say the place has a bad feeling about it and of being abandoned

Just park provided a secure car park at what I thought was a reasonable price. There were two problems. No1 the "Open Barrier" on the app did not work so I had to tailgate until I made contact and obtained a pin number which worked entering the car park but not so well for exiting as there wasn't a pin pad inside the parking building. No2 they aren't on WhatsApp so any visitor who is travelling on Data only can't contact them, consequently it was a while before Problem No1 was solved. They did give me a 25 pound credit but as a visitor it seems unlikely I'll be able to use it

Space and car park are great. Major floor is the difficulty in getting back in. Leaving as a pedestrian is fine. Returning - you could only use vehicle gate. The code provided did not work - we saw several other people in the same position. We had to phone JP for a code reset. As did the others. Bit of a shambles really. You also can't drive out - gates aren't automatic open on leaving. Regulars have a fob. For JP bookings you'd have to leave your car and walk to entrance to put your code in. We got lucky with someone arriving as we were leaving. Whole approach needs reviewing. Poor.

The postcode you gave us was wrong and the code to enter was incorrect so we spent 25 minutes waiting for your call centre to take our call in the meantime we were fighting with a traffic warden who wanted to move us on while we were waiting for you to answer the call. Once we finally got in there was nowhere to enter a code to exit!!! If wasn't for the concierge for the flats who had a fob to open the gate we would still be there. Do your homework Just Park for goodness sake
