Door doesn't open. Avoid.

yes the gate didn't open when I want to go inside and when I want to come out I was forced to call and to wait 20 min in my phone and to ask for help to someone to put the code to get out

Not able to park. Booked the spot previous night, teavhwd the spot at the right time, tried to access the door with the access sent on Email and the door just wouldnt open. I had to attened an important appointment to attend and I have booked this spot so I wont have to worry about parking. But this happened and I ended up finding a parking elsewhere and had to run to my appointment. I tried to call the customer care after my appointment and after the parking session. I just couldn't talk to any real person other than the automated voice there was no option to connect to a customer support person.I tried to gwt refund and thwre is no option on the app.

Great and safe place to park

I could not access as the code wasn't working and the office didn't open until 8 am . Luckily a resident let me in son could get to my meeting . I have called about a refund on the extension but it hasn't been paid to me yet.

First of all the barrier didn't open and the I have to call the customer support which took 5 mins to get somebody on the call. The pin provided in the app was wrong and did not work. Then while leaving the gate didn't open, so I have to ask someone walking outside to put in the pin number that opened the gate. Overall worse experience and will never book again

Code didn't work going in. And got locked in getting out. The code was wrong, and the door open button didn't work. Was stuck for an hour

I was trapped indoor due to there being no way of leaving the car park. I had to scream for help and luckily a passerby saw me

Sorry, I had a nightmare parking here. 1. I spent ten minutes trying to find it. 2. I could not get in. 3. Only got in because someone was leaving. 4. Took me another ten minutes to find a free parking bay within the allowed bays. 5. Could not leave because I could not reach the pin pad on the way out. 6. Saved by a passerby who punched in the code. So the app would not open the gate. It took me time to figure out that a new code could be sent to my phone. Still could not get out as mentioned above. Positives: it's cheap (£15 all day), great location. I won't be parking there again, obviously other people have better luck and understand the system.

The parking was perfect and the location too. We had a parking place in a central neighborhood in London for les than £16,- a day!
