Barrier wouldn't open! Had to book a more expensive space and was late for my client

Arrived at the car park, the button on the app didn't open the gate. Got out of the car and tapped the pin into the keypad and that didn't open the gate either. A resident came back to the car park and opened the gate for me. I drove down into the car park and managed to find a space although the car park was very tight. When leaving the following day the code didn't work again so I called just park and they provided me with a new code. When driving up to the gates to get out the gates didn't open automatically and the keypad to put the code in was on the outside there was no keypad inside so I had to ask someone on the outside of the gates to type the code in for me. Overall not a great experience.

Code doesn't open the gate. No keypad to get out you get trapped inside the car park. Difficult to find an open space as numbers are spread across the parking lot.

I've been using this space for a while now. It was handy since it's close to my work. The usability is great, there is an option in the app to open the secure barriers. However over the past 4-5 months, this functionality has stopped. The codes which are presented in the app also do not work. Always have to call customer services to help (if you manage to get through). On exit, there was always a pin pad inside the gates, but this has since gone. This means you have to reach outside to blindly type in the code that customer support gives you and hope you get it right and it opens. Other than that it's great and close to everything however the space owners need to get the above fixed correctly

Very dissatisfied about this experience. We couldn’t get into the parking and we couldn’t get out of the parking. There was no help provided , we couldn’t contact anyone. Would definitely not use it next time

app didnt unlock the gate. manged to get in following soemone else. trying to get out, same issue. keycode given did not work. all round a royal PITA wouldnt use again. id ask for a refund but just park are still processing a refund from over a month ago.

Could not open the gate.and had to call customer care in rush.opened but was unable to get out pf the building with the vehicle. Total mess up. Book If you have time to get stuck inside and outside for a while.

Code I was given for the gate wouldn't work. I had to sit on hold to just park helpline and was eventually given the correct code. Was only a few spaces in the car park that was allocated to just park customers, all of which were full. I had to parking in one of the private bays and luckily had no issues with my car. Worse experience with just park so far.
