Easy to book, great value for money, Would definitely recommend and would use again.

Overall the carpark was easy to find and easy access, however we despite pre booking for a weekend on arrival there was very limited spaces and we had a lot of trouble to get parked. There should be better organisation for those that have paid to be parked over the those using pay and display, the guy on security was very helpful and tried his best but ultimately the fault was not his.

Although we could book in advance there were no spaces. I assumed booking in advance would guarantee our space. We found a small area, cars were not parking properly as areas were not marked out properly. Good location.

Easy to book and pictures of parking venue helped to locate car park.

The pre booked car park (Hammersmith’s Black Rd car park) was pre paid for a whole day. I parked first thing with no problems,left and then returned to utter chaos. Turns out you can ‘pay on arrival’ and clearly the car park was over subscribed! £22 is not on when you don’t get what you paid for!!

Worse parking lot ever. got there 30mins late but expected our reserved space to be there. No spaces, and the security guy just says park anywhere. the parking lot is an industrial mess, with cars everywhere, low concrete boulders and really tight driving space. which two cars scraped there cars on. security guy was not interested. cars were blocking others. no lights in the dark. what a joke, never again.

It was easy atraight in off the M4 and park,but what happens if youve pre booked and just arriving and no where to park as ppl can just drive in and pay

Easy to find, easy to park, easy to get to the tube, easy to get in and out of hammmersmith straight from the M4. Brilliant find and will 100% use again
