Easy to find the best parking space via prices shown in map. Good customer support line when I had a query. Fantastic messages reminding me just before the big day, plus a Sat Nav' style navigation tool available on the day to guide me straight to my parking space! This navigation tool was brilliant as I was going to London,which I don't know and was worried about entering Low Emission charge zones, but the navigation tool deliberately avoided them. Perfect!!!

The spaces were quite tight I had to squeeze myself into my car after someone had parked either side and they were within their Zones. Apart from that it was fine .. no barriers tho and no real security

All good. Our Sat nav took us to both car parks with out any issues. And both car parks were close to the places we were visiting.
