Bit of a rip off, parked for 3 hours, lists £12 plus admin fee for up to 5 hrs but got charged £18 plus admin fee, which is the rate for up to 12 hours… doesn’t seem to be any process to resolve this either

Great car park. Picked my car up after it closed and called security ahead of time to open gate for me on arrival. They were prompt and waited by the gate for me to leave which was nice as it was very late. Car park spaces very tight and may not suit bigger cars, perfect for mine though.
