Parking was easy to find but like another review on 20th May, have also been issued with a penalty charge by Britannia Parking. This is not good enough.

The parking was fine but it would have been cheaper to just drive in and park and pay there instead of using just park. We paid £26 including fees for about eight hours. Where is if we have just paid directly? We could’ve got 12 hours for £18.
The actual parking space itself was fine but a little bit cramped. It was okay because there was empty spaces so we managed to fit in but if the car park has been full, then we would not have been able to fit into space.

I paid 26.5 pounds for 6.5 hours slot via JustPark to do online booking, while same hotel was offering only 18 pounds for 12 hours slot to be paid onsite. So it was far expensive to book online through Just park with significant difference. Parking space was tight for bigger vehicles and urine smell in the basement parking was bonus.

Despite paying, the Hotel and it's company Britannia Parking have issued a Parking Penalty Charge. The Hotel also took well over 20 mins to come and unlock the gates which took us well past 11pm. Not impressed.
