Car Park on Bayham Street, NW1

Got to the space - photo made it look like a parking garage but it was actually a lot next to a construction site -- and all the Just Park spaces were full, with clamping warnings all over. You're just lucky I wasn't clamped when I parked in a restricted space in the lot -- I would DeFINITELY have sent you the bill for that, and for my time.

There was no parking space left. Only builders around and no one to move vehicles that were illegally parked in pre booked spaces

The whole experience would have been perfect except for the fact that when I arrived a lorry had parked blocking my parking spot. The driver said that he was doing a delivery and would be 10 minutes, it turned out to be closer to 20 minutes, which made me late.

Couldn't give a zero ! Got to spaces and they were already full ! Rang helpline to be told 'oh they must have stayed longer than allowed'

there were no parking spaces available where we had booked. we have been cheated by Just Park and it is only fair that they refund the advance payment.

It was so easy to park without any stress

On arrival, I found that all 4 spaces were occupied and 2 of the spaces were blocked by a lorry. While looking for a space, my car was also blocked by a delivery lorry and I was unable to leave for a few minutes.

the car park was full and used by building contractors working in an adjacent building - i had to double park and be contacted by the site manager when having to move my car

I booked a spot and paid ahead of time only to turn up on the day at the right time and there were no spaces free

There was no space available. I would like a refund
