We drove 2.5 hours into the centre of London for a conference at the ExCel. We had booked and paid for a parking space in a private car park - Baxter Road. On arrival, the car park was full! No spaces. And no on-street parking available. Extremely poor service.

I can't review the location as we were never able to reach it. Our attempts to get to the location were thwarted by numerous road blocks in place because of a Formula-E race taking place at the Excel.
We were never given any notice of this and could easily have missed the thing that we had travelled over 2 hours to view.
I have given 2 stars instead of 1 because up to that point booking had been easy and prices reasonable, BUT for something of a large, planned event like F-E to not be recognised as an issue for the location, and the disastrous consequences and costs this could have had on our day, are unforgivable.
