The space was as advertised, I have a VW Tiguan, I got it in the space between 2 cars, I got out.
I would caution anyone planning to use the space with a 'big car' like mine with a baby as if you are alone and there are cars are both sides you will not be able to open the door to get the baby in.
I would use the space again as it is very convenient to visit friends nearby in the day when local parking restrictions are in place.

Good location. parking space is quite narrow. worst thing about it was to receive a post it note on my car when I returned warning me to "park in the middle of the bay OR ELSE". I was still fully in the bay but I agree slightly to one side. Will not park there again due to this aggressive note.
