Gated & sheltered. Designed for a personal car not van (height restriction of this space is 2.3 metres).
Do not ring the doorbell of the flat. The flat and parking are rented separately by a live-out landlord.
The key fob is collected from and returned to a shop 1mins away that is open 7am-11pm Monday-Saturday and 8am-10pm on Sunday. Christmas hours it’s 10am-8pm. I have restricted booking til 10:30pm to ensure keys get returned to shop in time. It is not acceptable to leave the fob in a bush or take it home
*the key fob must be returned to the shop within these opening hours so if you cannot return the fob within these times, please do not book the space*

Space I would only recommend for small hatchback vehicles. Confusion around the spaces entrance and exit as this requires a collection of a fob from another location. I feel that a key safe would be much more suitable, especially for a busy London location with no accessible road parking for fob collection. (Single track road with dead end). All other spaces I have used on this app have been seamless with no contact required. Would recommend to the owner that some more automation is added to their service offering

Great space Excellent communication. Links for key collection were easy and using directions took us straight to the shop. All very straight forward and perfect for Battersea or anywhere 10 mins walk to station or river for boat

Couldn't get to the shop to get the key.... had to pay for other parking elsewhere. Crazy system where you have to abandon your car and walk 0.5 miles to get a key to get into the space. Would not recommend in the slightest
