A complete and utter rip off! I do not expect to see this on their site as it is more of a damnation. I paid just shy of £15, for for 3 hours, in a car park that would have charged me £5 for the whole night. To make matters worse, I was charged another £5 by the car park when I was only 30 mins late! This site is a joke and you'll be wasting your money.

We did not understand that we only needed to check in with the desk officer and get a ticket when we left. We got the ticket when we arrived so could not get out as it said we had exceeded our time. Good thing there was an attendant who sorted it out no problem.

Easy to find but not much cheaper than local NCP. Exit information is not helpful. There is not a kiosk at the top of the slope. You need to take the pedestrian staircase to find the office.

Parking itself was easy to find but trying to get my ticket validated was not as easy. Nobody answered the number given for 24 hour help on site and when I finally got someone to help he was extremely unhelpful and took a long time to get out of the car park after walking around trying to find someone. I imagine if parking in peak times, it would be a lot easier however late at night after an event, it wasn't well staffed at all.

very narrow car park entrance lanes, nearly couldn't get the Jag in and out of the car park due to the narrow steep tight turns- also ticket price was £4 cheaper tan the pre booked price... not happy!

everything was good, it's safe near the Big Ben and London's eye 15 min walk only. The parking is very small so be careful with you car width.
