I recently used JustPark and found the booking process very straightforward — quick and easy to reserve a space. However, access to the car park wasn’t seamless. The QR code didn’t work properly, and my number plate wasn’t recognised on entry or exit, which meant I had to call customer services twice via the help point to get in and out. That said, the support team was helpful and resolved the issue both times. Overall, a good experience and I would use JustPark again — hopefully next time the access process will be more seamless.

Easy to get too. Everything worked fine, getting in and out of the car park. Clean and at a good price.

Went on line to find parking in London and used justpark site to find parking the sight was easy to use and book.

Good find, safe, secure, lots of spaces to chose from (depending on how busy the date and time is of course), Automatic numbver plate recognition was quick and efficient and the QR code for the door worked well every time.
