Excellent space, will def book again!

The entrance to the space was initially hard to locate without stopping to ask local people for help. The sat nav postcode actually took me much further down the road, quite a distance away, at the other side of a roundabout, so it took a while to find the side entrance. When I did find the car parking space, none of the 3 allocated spaces were free, as it seemed that someone had parked illegally there or it had been double booked! I therefore didn't get to park in the space at all (!) and the owner's number was not available, so a kind gentleman offered me his adjacent business space for free that day! I had my daughter in the car and if I hadn't had the good fortune of being offered a stranger's space for the day, I would have had to have driven around Wimbledon trying to find an alternative space, whilst having paid for this space! It was my first time using 'Just Park' and I feel untrusting to use it again as I can't now trust that the space I have paid for will actually be there! I think that the owner of the parking space shouldn't be paid for my day's parking and that I should be refunded. Additionally, there should be clearer notices that the 3 parking spaces advertised are reserved for 'Just Park' customers. I hope that this situation will be looked into, so that mothers with children are not left in a similar position in future, on train strike days. It was a very tight car parking lot for a few cars and so it was very difficult to park and also to navigate the right angled corner upon leaving the parking space in the evening with a large family vehicle 7-seater Kia Sorento . An unsatisfactory experience on this occasion.

Easy to find space, perfect location for the station. Well lit area, myself and my 8 year old felt safe at 11.30pm walking down the alleyway to the car. Will use again!
