Another car was parked in the space when I arrived. The landowner ignored my calls & never called back to resolve the issue despite me leaving them a message. The area is a little run down, but there is a ring doorbell that looks out over the parking spot.

Given I used 14D on google maps, it took me to the wrong end of Aisgill avenue. So although you're gonna park at 14D Aisgill Avenue, make sure you enter 14 Aisgill Avenue on your satnav, else you'll be sent to the wrong end of the Aisgill Avenue.
Almost run late for my appointment. Still rated 5 stars, as I feel this is the apps issue. Once parked it was all good though.
