very fussy about where I leave car and this was spot on . secure , underground ,decent size spaces hotel staff freindly ok for us to use toilet too .would deffo use again

I could not find the parking lot and the app took me to the wrong address once again having to pay tripple and managed to find another parking lot from another app "your parking space" when using this app its best to just use the location code and avoid pre booking! I hope there's a way to contact customer service and get help when you're in a rush like I was with 2 kids I'm not even sure if I could get a refund for those 2 bookings

We planned to visit British Museum and nearby attractions and found this parking a best suitable option.
It was easy to find, and was kind of a secured parking.
There is not enough space, so make sure you book in advance.
Just park it, roam around by bus.
