Overall decent experience but you did not highlight that the car park I chose ALSO and separately, has an overnight secure locked facility. You only highlighted to me the surface car park. If I'd known I would have booked to go into the locked part of the car park.

The instructions on the email sent me to a totally wrong address. The address was that of a gated parking space, so it was even more confusing as I thought the parking bay would be on the other side of the gate. I was on the phone 20 minutes and noone answered. As I was very late by then, I parked in a shopping centre car park. I carried on attempting to contact customer service as I run to my appointment and eventually I managed to speak to someone to let them know the situation (they were polite, still not very clear). I also had problem with the app - and still haven't managed to solve this - technical issues concerning resetting emails and passwords. Very annoying and frustrating.

Initially I booked for 7 days for £45.70, I booked again for 2 days more and I have been charged £33 that's a rip off

Told me it was an 18 minute walk from emirates stadium, when arrived it was a 43 minute walk, was late to my concert and had no where to park so had to pay for more parking
