Rather poor instructions on JP. No mention that you gain entry by number plate recognition, or that you need a PIN to open the gate on return. Your adviser said the PIN was in the confirmation email but I can’t see it, or the fact that there is a keypad at all.

I am a trader at lower marsh Street. I buy parking via justpark 4 days in a week. Always, I buy 10 Pearman Street, SE1 7XA. But, there are full always and I can not park there. After I call just park they arrange different place for me. it is time of waste for me. I said this problem while talk just park staff on phone. I asked them did you check and ask this problem to the place owner. They answered no. And I have the same problem again and again. I would like to detailed report for these problems via email, please. if this problem will not solved, unfortunately I will write same these via Google reviews for just park. Thanks
