St George's Cathedral, Waterloo Car Park

I liked how easy it was to book. However, I didn't find it very easy to understand how to operate the entrance gate & I sat outside the gate for sometime before working it out.

Perfect parking location at a great price

Problem with entry to the parking! No code for the gate!

Couldn't get in or out of the car park without multiple lengthy calls to customer service, which made me late for my hospital appointment and a horrible experience afterwards. No instructions in booking email, no one on site to help, phone number wasn't answered.

Pre-paid for the parking but couldn't find the parking place (the postcode provided takes you somewhere else) - drove around several times, ended up late for my appointment, and parking on one of the side roads instead.

Was brilliant, good value for money, close to where we wanted to be and very secure. Loved the App and how the gates opened. 100% be using again

Great car park, easy to book and great value for money!

So easy to use, cheap price and great parking. Just remember to scan the QIR code on the gate and follow the simple instructions to get your access code, none of the emails mention this.

Clean, secure and plenty of space. I checked Google street view to compare with the picture and found it easily. Will definitely use again.
