Murder to get in and out of

As mentioned by most reviews the spaces are really tight, the entrance and exit are the same way and there is no way to see if someone is coming in the opposite direction till your in front of each other. the spaces are not well marked, I managed to park in a space but on the left there were two motorbikes not in a parking space but against the wall making the space extra tricky to get in. it's not great but it's close to Royal Brompton hospital.

Extremely difficult access down a narrow steep slope. Luckily I have a small car and wouldn't have liked to attempt it in anything larger! Parking spaces very small, some strange shapes and difficult to manoeuvre into. Was dreading meeting a vehicle trying to come in as I left!

Scary carpark. All remaining spaces were smaller than actual cars so I had to wait for someone to leave Pedestrian exit is a long pitch black corridor Wasn't murdered, so that was good.

Easy to park and pay

No one answered to the customer service and car park too tight and not clean

I am not happy with the parking at 102 Sydney Street Chelsea. I had booked to take my husband to a hospital appointment. When I arrived although I had prepaid and booked there were no spaces left to park in. This meant that I had to park blocking some one else in and therefore had to sit in an underground car parking for 2 hours and could not leave my vehicle. I would not advise anyone to prepay and book here . It has come up as one star I would give it minus 5 Christine Ware

I went to the Sydney street car park. It is a MESS! there is no access control. anybody can come in and obviously many people that had no reservation did come in. There were no spaces available and some cars were parked in front of others. Luckily somebody left shortly after I came in and I managed to squeeze into a tight spot. You should remove this car park from your list unless there is a massive improvement
