The Booking Process was good, we had booked two cars at this particular location one for 7.30am and one for 8am. On arrival the car park in question was closed and did not open until 11am !! we were not the only ones that had done the same booking for the same event which started at 845am.

I could not park as the Morrisons Car Park - Holloway was closed. JustPark omits the information that this car park is accessible only during store opening hours. I have requested a full refund.

You took a booking from multiple people between 1pm-10pm and then the car parking shut at 5pm!!! Luckily we managed to get the attention of some Morrison night shift workers who had to open up the car park for us. We had a large group, and there were others who'd also who'd done the same.

Arrived Saturday afternoon and car park was busy with supermarket shoppers as you'd expect but managed to find a space fine.
