The space is on a housing estate, called Nightingale Estate in Lower Clapton, Hackney (opposite Hackney Downs park). The spot is very safe, in a residential section that has CCTV all over the Estate, with a camera that looks directly down Brackenfield Close. There is a community spirit there with neighbours looking out for each other, so it's a very safe environment. The space itself is 16ft deep (5 meters approx) and 9ft wide (2.8 meters approx), so will fit larger cars / camper vans. To warn you, the turning can be slightly tight for larger vehicles, but if you take it slowly, you should be fine. Please, when coming in, mind the wooden plant pot in front of the house. Some drivers haven't, and scratched their cars. Hackney Downs, Clapton and Rectory Road Overground Stations are all under a 10-minute walk to reach. On Lower Clapton Road, less than a 6-minute walk, you have a multitude of buses that will take you all over London. If a tube is needed, Finsbury Park / Manor House can be reached on the 106 / 253 / 254 from Lower Clapton Road.

Plenty of buses go from Lower Clapton Road. I'm always available should you need any help. The space is approximately 5m X 2.8m so plenty of space for large cars, 4x4s and campervans. The entrance can be a little tight so a slow and steady approach is recommended. You can always get in though! Make sure you get the right space as next door also rents out their space. We have a red door.
