Ibis Liverpool Albert Dock Car Park

No parking spaces available when arrived at car park. Had to go into hotel to explain I had reserved a parking space. Was told by hotel staff there was nothing they could do. Staff had a look round and was told to park in a spare electrical charging bay, my car is not electric so used up a space for someone who may of wanted that charging bay. I had already prepaid for the space and had to go into hotel for them to validate ticket so I could exit the carpark, staff did that but was then told I had to pay again another £16 because I had not stopped at the hotel, even though found the parking space on your website which was advertised. Overall poor experience I will be contacting yourself a for paying twice.

Easy to book and process was very easy. Detailed instructions in confirmation email. Parked at the Ibis Wapping,Liverpool. Take a ticket on entry park in an available space get ticket validated before departure and job done. Would definitely use again.

We arrived at our pre booked parking to find no spaces. We went into reception and the staff were not interested. They did not believe that the email confirmation said a space was guaranteed and we had to find it and show them. They were rude and unhelpful. We wasted a good ten minutes trying to sort it out.
