ON ARRIVAL The instructions I'd received by email said there was a button to press to open the shutter. There wasn't. Signage instructed to use a link on the app, but the app wasn't working (internet connection issue), so I called the phone number, and after some security questions, the operator was able to open the shutter remotely. Slightly annoying, but it got sorted. ON DEPARTURE Again, the app wouldn't connect, so I called the same phone number, but this time there was no operator as it was outside office hours. The automated service sent me a PIN by text, but I had no way to enter this. I called a number on a sign at the entrance. The automated response said that the door would be opened remotely, but it didn't. I stayed on the call for 20 minutes waiting for help, but no-one answered. Eventually, I had to set up a new parking session with ParkBee to get the shutter to open. Technology's great when it works, but the back-up systems here are inadequate. No other cars in the car park when I arrived, so it doesn't appear to be a popular choice. I won't be using it again.

there was no way of getting into the space and customers service didn't pick up to let us in. instructions are of date. we were stuck outside untill a resident let us in for 30 mins !!! don't use this space

There are limited spaces, some very small and limited head height. When it came to exiting the car park at 7.30pm the barrier would not open! The phone number on the wall to the right as you leave did not work (0330 number) and then I had to wait an additional 9 minutes for someone to answer on the help line on the app. As a lone female left for 20 minutes in an underground car park at night was not a pleasant experience. I would never use this car park again.

The only problem was I had to keep calling the helpdesk to manually open the shutters for me as didnt get anything thought so could enter or exit the carpark

Did not get the instructions at the same time as booked so could not work out how to get access. Everything else was fine, price was good.

Terrible service, We didn't receive a QR code so couldn't access the parking. Took a good 10 minutes and two telephone calls before someone trying to get in to retrieve their car actually managed to get through on the telephone. Exactly the same problem exiting. Had to call and wait to get in, then call and wait to get the roll up door to open again.

There was no way to open the shutter despite the instructions saying there would be a button. Had to pay through another app (ParkBee) to open the gate.

Very poor service at Temple Street Liverpool. Couldn't gain access to the parking area as it was locked and there was no button to press and couldn't get any help from the help line as they just put us on hold. We had to drive off and find on street parking for extra cost. Waste of money
