We followed your instructions on how to get to the carpark. When we arrived the road was closed due to the conference going on nearby and we couldn't access the parking area. We had to find and pay for alternative car parking. Would you please refund the amount I paid. Regards Rhonda

Easy to find, don’t get stuck in traffic as it is away from everyone, but still very close to the arena. And a very kind and genuine person, would definitely use again and definitely recommend.

Absolutely the best place to park for the M&S Arena. Fantastic host meets you at the gate guides you to a safe and secure parking area. Out of the gate over the bridge and you are in the middle of the docklands. Arena about a three minute walk from parking. Host waiting for you at the gate after concert finishes opens the security gate and you are straight back on the road. No queue to contend with just away home within seven minutes of leaving the arena. Cannot recommend enough.
