Kitchen Street Car Park

No parking spaces were available whatsoever and had to book a different car park altogether.

The small kitchen street car park was full when we arrived so what I paid for was not available on the day, not good. Is a refund available please?

The parking was relatively easy to find & I felt happy leaving my car there, but this car park is located down a very isolated street, with lighting that could do with improvement, especially for Women drivers

Convenient and economical

I prepaid for the car park and it was totally full when I arrived with nobody to speak to. I had to leave and pay at another car park. Terrible service

Space easily found, was secure and very close to city centre.

I found that the booking of the car park was not clearly confirmed to me. In fact, after filling in my card details and going through the process of booking the car park, I didn't see any confirmation of this being booked. When I tried to see if I could find any confirmation of my booking, I saw a message at the top of the Web page saying that the car park was unavailable at the times I'd requested. Following this, I successfully booked another car park instead. Later, however, it did show that my earlier booking had been successful, so now I had 2 car parks booked for the same time period. This was less than 24hours before the time I would need the parking, and so I was unable to cancel one of the car parks and ended up paying for them both. This problem would not have arisen if there had been clear confirmation of my first booking, and not a misleading notice showing that the car park was unavailable for the time I requested.

The car park is extremely small and in an area that doesn't feel overly safe. Worst of all, the car park had been overbooked by several cars and so there's no guarantee that you will get a space even if you've prepaid which is really bad. I had to park outside on one of the days I'd paid for. I would not recommend this space unless you can arrive early on the morning or pay on the day.

Parked here for 4 nights while visiting the city. Car park was easy to find and secure. Spaces were a little tight but had no problems. Very good for value.

Small car park but feels secure. Actually the car park does charge less than this site but due to its size, I didn't mind too much the mark up as it meant I definitely had a place.
