One and half times the price compared to paying on arrival.
It also said that I was guaranteed a reserved space. This would have not been the case as it was pay and display and not barrier controlled.
Therefore, there was no benefit in prebooking a space.

The app that is advertised on the carpark to pay for the parking is totally different to this app so I hope that I don't get a parking fine . Also you don't need to book in advance because there is no one on the gate directing you to the parking space. The only good thing I did find with this app was that it was cheaper than the prices that were set out on display in the carpark itself

Attended event at Arena and on returning to car it was well lit with plenty of people about but still easy to get out of Liverpool

Well through no fault of your own obviously, the event got cancelled on the day I booked the car park for.
TICKET QUARTER failed to let us know via email and we only found out when we called them because we'd not had our tickets, i did try and find a way of contacting you to claim a refund via mail, messaging or phone call but if there was an option I couldn't find it, so I gave up and just thought ah well I tried.
Then when you sent me a reminder the day before my booking and gave me the option of claiming a refund if the event had been cancelled i thought oh great thank you! So I went through the motions and ticked all the boxes but didn't receive any correspondence back.. so yeah disappointed to say the least all round, but i have to say more with TICKET MASTER than yourselves...they would have recieved 0 stars.
