When I arrived the carpark was full. There were no staff (security or otherwise) available and to sweeten the pill it would have been less expensive not to pre-book. A very poor experience. Why do they allow pre-booked spaces with no control on the day.

There were no spaces when we arrived at the time slot we booked so I’m not sure what the point of pre booking is. Also the charge was more than we’d have paid if we’d just parked without prebooking.

Easy to book online. Better price for parking for a few hours than most other car parks in Liverpool.
Paid £4.99 for 3 hours.
When leaving the car park, saw a sign that said we could have paid at the machine, and it would have been £3 for 3 hours.
