Parking on Highfield Street, L3 (1)

A few small issues spoilt this being an excellent parking space :- 1. The JustPark link 'Directions to this space' takes you to the wrong entrance to get into this gated carpark. 2. I wasn't given the door code or parking bay number on my correspondence. I had to phone JustPark for these details from the pavement outside. 3. Once inside, getting out of the gated community via the pedestrian gates was impossible at the 2 gates I tried (the exit push buttons didn't work). A local resident walking in let me out. As a tip, he said to lean through the car entrance gate and use the door code entrance box to open the car gate, and get out that way.

The price, ease of booking and location were good. The detailed instructions on what numbered bay to use were missing and I had to call to get them. That worked and person on phone apologetic, but it was a stressful 20 minutes at 20.00 after a long drive.

Straight forward to find a campsite, book it and pay for it.

Just used the JustPark app for the first time and was really impressed! It was super easy to use, much cheaper than the local parking options, and everything went smoothly. I’ll definitely be using this again in the future — highly recommended!

The parking space was very hard to find as the numbers had worn away. As it turned out we parked in the wrong space. Kumar contacted us and asked if we could move it. But we had taken the ferry to the Isle of Man so were unable to do so. I contacted Kumar and explained, he assured me that he would sort it, and it wasn't a problem. Imagine my suprise when we returned from the Isle of Man to find an old traffic cone on the bonnet with a sign saying 'Do not park here'. Annoyingly whoever had put it there had slid it on, and had managed to put some big scratches in the paintwork. I'm not holding Kumar responsible, but I told him what happened and I haven't even had the decency of a reply. *********** DO NOT USE *************

Simple to book, easy to find, and very reasonable price. Will use again definitely.

I had some issues finding it as my maps showed the incorrect location, but I contacted the owner who couldn't have been more helpful in locating it. The metal bollard in the spot was down, but is a little unnerving to drive over if you have a car with low ground clearance which is something to be aware of. The spot is secure behind a locked gate and was ideal for an overnight stay. I will definitely be looking to park there again when next in Liverpool.

Despite a little confusion as to where the space was, the owner was on hand to guide us in. Secure parking at a great price.

Very easily and reliable - got a bit confused which gate to enter through - but once we found the right one was super simple and easy to locate!
