Good parking spot in new estate, felt comfortable leaving my car there. Only question I had is whether I am parking in the correct spot as it is not in front of the house, but the spot on the left. As there were no other spaces and the owner hasn't provided any additional info I just guessed I parked correctly. Other than that highly recommended and would definitely use again. Good value for money
